Enhance your fitness by using the buoyancy of the pool to exercise with easy-on-your-joints routines.
Aqua Jogging
Participants learn to "jog" at their own pace in the deep end of the pool using flotation belts and optional hand/ankle weights. Combining a 1/2 hour cardio workout with core and strength exercises, aqua jogging is a fun one hour workout. Swim skills not required. Equipment available for purchase - please inquire.
Aqua Aerobics
Participants step and move in the shallow end of the pool using light hand weights to provide a cardio as well as upper body resistance workout. Participants may adjust the one hour routine to work at their own fitness level. Swim skills not required.
